At Lexington Physics, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our students and families. Please review the following terms regarding withdrawals and refunds.
Lexington Physics Refund Policy
- Students who withdraw after the first class will receive a refund of tuition paid, less a $100 enrollment and administrative fee.
- Students who withdraw after the second class will receive a refund of tuition paid, less a $200 enrollment and administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued after the third class.
- If the instructor determines that the program is not an appropriate fit for a student and initiates the withdrawal, a full refund of all unused tuition will be provided.
- All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.
